MECHANICAL COMPONENTS
Our modules for translation, rotation and gripping can be used as individual modules or combined in a variety of different devices and systems – from simple pick & place units to multi-axis robots. The modules are optionally available with or without electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic installation.
ROTATION MODULE
The electric modules are generally driven by servomotors, which enables high performance with high acceleration and speed with optimum positioning accuracy.
The pneumatic rotary modules offer a compact, integrated damping system, which makes it possible to achieve optimal cushioning with a minimum of manipulation and, at the same time, a short cycle time.
GRIPPER
The optimally graduated series cover with their sizes a large spectrum for the transport of workpieces with weights of up to 440 kg.
In addition, we offer a swivel double gripper with two integrated gripper modules in angular arrangement, combined with a rotary module with rotary feedthrough, as a simple solution for quick tool change.
LINEAR MODULE
These are driven either hydraulically and pneumatically via a cylinder with end position damping or electrically by servomotors.
This construction ensures optimum speed and positioning accuracy.
